Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account or contacting us, including name, email address, and company name. We also collect usage data and device telemetry from endpoints enrolled in the TechBridge platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and improve the TechBridge service, communicate with you about your account, and send product updates you have opted into. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who support our operations, and only under data processing agreements that require them to protect your information. We may disclose data if required by law.

Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your contract and for 90 days after termination to support data export requests. Endpoint telemetry is retained for 13 months by default, configurable in your account settings.

Security

TechBridge maintains SOC 2 Type II certification. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using AES-256. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To submit a request, email support@techbridgesupport.com. We will respond within 30 days.
